Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the candidate will be required to assist in the ongoing management and monitoring of BoFiNet contracts established to deliver outcomes that effectively meet organisational objectives, business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Commercial contract drafting: Draft a wide range of contracts (such as; MSAS, MOUS, MOAs and associated contracting documents such as SLAS, COFS, Service Schedules, Operations & Maintenance agreements for indefeasible rights of use services) at moderate to more complex levels.
- Commercial contract management: Develop policies and processes to manage delivery/performance, Assess risk and put in place mitigating remedies, Assess claims and prepare submissions to decision-makers, Manage variation process, and Manage dispute resolution process.
- Supplier Settlements or Accounting: Maintain regular reconciliation of supplier accounts, reduce, eliminate or avoid overdue and disputed amounts.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
The candidate should have attained the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Minimum of three (3) years post-qualification experience in a commercially oriented environment
