Ba Isago University is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for the above position tenable at its campus in Maun;
Duties and Responsibilities
- Installs and supports applications as appropriate, taking cognisance of the instructions and procedures, referring to more senior colleagues where necessary.
- Analyses network and computer operation problems, taking cognisance of instructions and procedures relating to malfunctions, safety and security, in order to resolve problems within the agreed service level tolerances.
- Implements data and systems back-ups and performs other processes necessary to ensure security of data and utility of disaster and data recovery systems.
- Maintains floor-level documentation such as equipment layout for ease of network and Telecommunications equipment reference
Qualification and Experience
- Degree in IT-related field and recognised IT Industry Certification (e.g. A+, N+)
- Basic knowledge of Oracle, MS Office and MS Windows Operating System, and SQL applications

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Team player
