JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES
The person to be based at the Gaborone Head Office
Do you have extensive knowledge of long-term insurance brokering, recruitment and training of agents?

• Must be familiar with current legislative and compliance processes affecting life insurance.
• Must be able to identify and train consultants on a regular basis.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Must possess a Diploma or higher qualification and Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Long-term Insurance.
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience.

REMUNERATION:
A competitive, market-related remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicants if they meet the requirements of the above-stated position.
